摘要
目的分析基层精神病医院男护士流失的原因,为制定有效对策提供依据。方法采用问卷调查和访谈相结合的方式对我院精神科20名男护士进行调查,分析精神科男护士流失的主要原因。结果20名男护士离职率为85.0%,离职原因多为精神专科风险大、社会偏见与薪金待遇低,其次为社会地位低、患者不合作。结论护理管理者应积极采取措施,选择合适男护士的工作岗位,加强男护士的培养教育,提高男护士的待遇,减轻工作压力,以降低男护士的离职率。
Objective To analysis the causes of male nurses' loss in primary psy- chiatric hospital and provide basis for making effective countermeasures. Methods Investigations were conducted using questionnaire and interview in 20 psychiatric male nurses of our hospi-tal and main loss causes of psychiatric male nurses summarized. Results Resigning rate of 20 male nurse was 85%, main resigning causes were high psychiatric risk, social bias and lower pay, then lower social status and patients' noncooperation. Conclusion Nursing administrators should take active measures to enhance male nurses' cultivation and education, boost their salary, lessen working pressure, and reduce the resigning rate of male nurses.
