摘要
房地产开发项目管理是以实现项目目标为最终目的,开发项目建设的全过程应按其内在运行规律进行有效的计划、组织、协调、监督和控制的管理系统。房地产项目开发建设要实现的目标主要包括投资回报率、自有资金利润率等投资效益指标,项目的功能要求,以及进度控制、投资控制、质量控制等。通过对房地产开发项目管理实际运作的探讨,阐述了项目管理在房地产开发中的重要作用。
Real estate development project management is to achieve the ultimate goal of profit. The whole process should run its internal law for effective planning,organization,coordination,supervision and control management system. The goal of includes the rate of return on investment,private capital profit rate of investment benefit index,the functional requirements of the project,and progress control,investment control,and quality control. Through the discussion on the actual operation of the real estate development project management,it proves the importance of project management in the development of real estate.
