摘要
目的分析关节镜下手术对青少年膝关节结核的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析本院2010年8月至2014年8月收治的接受关节镜下手术治疗的127例青少年膝关节结核患者,观察其治疗前后关节活动度、Lysholm评分等指标变化。结果患者术后3个月VAS评分、ESR、hs CRP均较术前显著下降,关节屈曲度显著上升(P<0.05)。HSS、Lysholm评分较术前均显著升高(P<0.05),患者术后3个月与术后12个月HSS、Lysholm评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。患者术后12个月Lysholm评分优良率为81.1%,显著高于术前的46.5%(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下手术能够迅速缓解青少年膝关节结核患者临床症状,具有良好的疗效及安全性,可早期改善其膝关节功能及活动度,对患者的生长发育有着积极意义。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of arthroscopic surgery on the knee joint tuberculosis in adolescents.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 127 cases of adolescents with knee joint tuberculosis treated by arthroscopic surgery in our hospital from August 2010 to August 2014,and to observe the changes of joint activity and Lysholm score before and after treatment. Results The VAS score,hs CRP score,and ESR were significantly decreased after surgery for 3 months,and the knee flexion was significantly increased（ P〈0.05）,the HSS score and Lysholm score were significantly higher than that of the patients（ P〈0.05）,the difference was not statistically significant（ P〈0.05） between 3 months and 12 months after operation. The excellent and good rate of Lysholm was 81.1% after operation for 12 months,which was much higher than that before operation（ 46.5%）（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Arthroscopic surgery can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with knee joint tuberculosis,it has good curative effect and safety and can improve the function of knee joint function and activity in early stage.
