摘要
创新是企业的生命之源、发展之源。"十二五"时期,中国企业管理创新取得重大成就,主要体现在:战略管理系统化、治理管理一体化、成本管理精准化、创新管理持续化、流程管理智能化、环境管理常态化。其问题是,在管理思想创新上,管理理念仍注重企业中心化而非用户中心化,管理思维仍注重企业后管理而非企业前管理,管理方式多数是治理管理分割而非二者融合;在管理组织创新上,组织理念倾向于他组织而非自组织,组织结构倾向于层级化而非网络化;在管理工具创新上,应用创新多、原始创新少,单一创新多、系统创新少。"十三五"时期,中国企业管理创新需要围绕以下六个方面不断深化,即外部不确定性、组织形态变革、线上线下融合、技术路线选择、商业模式重构、中西文化融合。
Management innovation is the source of existence and development of the enterprise. During 12th five-year-plan there are great achievements of management innovation in Chinese firms, such as systematic Strategy management, Integration of governance and management, Accurate cost management, Continuous innovation management, Intelligent process management, and Dynamic environment management, otherwise some insufficience are enterprise centralized, reserve management, division of governance and management in management thinking, Authorized and hierarchical organization in organizational innovation, and lack of Original and System innovation in management tools. In 13th five-year-plan there are six aspects of continuous management innovation which include external uncertainty, change organization,O2O, technology-selection, reconfiguration of business model and integration of different nation's culture.
