摘要
目的探讨应用金黄散和鱼腥草外敷治疗痛风的临床综合护理效果。方法选取于2014年1月—2014年12月接受治疗的痛风性关节炎患者39例作为研究对象,均采用口服别嘌呤醇片及鱼腥草联合金黄散的外敷治疗方式,而后对患者实施综合护理,观察其临床效果。结果所有患者均痊愈出院,临床护理满意度极高,效果显著。结论应用口服别嘌呤醇片及金黄散和鱼腥草外敷治疗痛风性关节炎疗效显著,同时采取全面的综合护理措施予以配合则能够加快患者痊愈速度,值得推广使用。
Objective To study the clinical comprehensive nursing effe ct of application of Jinhuang powder and external application of heartleaf houttuynia herb in treating gouty arthritis. Methods 39 cases of patients with gouty arthritis from January 2014 to December2014 in our hospital were selected as research objects, and they all used oral allopurinol tablets combined with Jinhuang powder and ex-ternal application of heartleaf houttuynia herb. Then all patients were implemented comprehensive nursing. The clinical effect was ob-served. Results All patients were cured, which had high satisfaction with clinical care, and the effect was significant. Conclusion The oral allopurinol tablets combined with Jinhuang powder and external application of heartleaf houttuynia herb in the treatment of gouty arthritis had significant effect, while taking comprehensive measures to meet the comprehensive care of patients can accelerate recovery speed, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
