摘要
目的:观察穴位贴敷拔罐联合香菊胶囊治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效,探讨预防和治疗过敏性鼻炎的有效措施。方法:选择2013年1月—2014年7月,在我院治疗的60例过敏性鼻炎患者。在患者知情同意的情况下,随机分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组采取常规药物治疗;观察组在常规药物治疗的基础上加用香菊胶囊口服,联合穴位贴敷、穴位拔罐疗法,10 d为1个疗程,连续3个疗程,随访半年,观察两组疗效。结果:近期疗效:两组显效率、总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。远期疗效:观察组显效率、总有效率明显优于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用穴位贴敷拔罐联合香菊胶囊治疗过敏性鼻炎,可显著改善临床症状,有效预防复发,疗效明确,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of the acupuncture sticking and cupping therapy combine with the Xiangju capsule to treat allergic rhinitis,next to discuss the effective action of prevent and treat allergic rhinitis. Methods：To choose the 60 cases patients with allergic rhinitis were treated in our hospital,in January,2013- July,2014. In the case of known and agreement,the patients were randomly divided into the control group（30 cases）and the observation group（30 cases）.The control group adopts the conventional medicine treatment;The observation group in the conventional medicine treatment based on the oral Xiangju capsule,combine with the acupuncture sticking and cupping therapy,10 days treatment for 3 cycles,followed six months observed efficacy and relapse rate. Results：The short-term efficacy：compare the significant efficiency and the total efficiency of the two groups,the difference non-statistics significance（P〉0.05）. The long-term efficacy：obviously,the significant efficiency and the total efficiency of the observation group better than the control group,the difference was statistics significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Apply the acupuncture sticking and cupping therapy combine with the Xiangju capsule to treat allergic rhinitis,could significant improve the clinical symptoms,effective prevention of recrudescence,the curative effect is more obviously,worthy of clinical application.
