摘要
肩周炎为临床常见病，其治疗方法各异，而穴位注射治疗肩周炎日趋成熟，成为治疗肩周炎的有效治疗方法之一，多与针灸或温针灸等配合而用。然而其穴位注射所选药物各有所异，其治疗作用和所收疗效亦不相同，因此了解穴位注射用药对治疗肩周炎的进一步提高和规范化有巨大意义。
Scapulohumeral periarthritis is clinical common disease, with different treatment, acupoint injection treating scapulohumeral periarthritis is increasing maturity and become one of the effective method, mostly cooperated with acupuncture and needle-warming moxibustion treating periar- thritis of shoulder. Medicine of acupoint injection is different, as well as therapeutic action and curative effect, so understanding of medicine of acu- point injection has great significance for further improvement and standardization of scapulohumeral periarthritis.
