摘要
在前人总结的矿石在溜井中的移动规律及特点的基础上,通过对经常发生井筒堵塞事故的黑沟矿高深溜井的观测,发现高深溜井在垂直全断面连续性矿石移动区之上存在垂直全断面阶段性矿石移动的特性,该特性是由溜井中流动矿石散体的搭拱效应所产生,井筒中拱的形成和破坏交替进行,从而使矿石的放出呈现脉动过程;由此归纳总结出高深溜井井筒中矿石移动存在垂直全断面阶段性移动、垂直全断面连续性移动、变速变向全断面移动和变速变向局部断面移动的规律;通过分析揭示了垂直全断面阶段性矿石移动的特性是造成溜井井筒堵塞、片帮、磨损、矿石分级混合等现象出现的重要原因;同时,对于在用的高深溜井提出井筒黏结拱堵塞处理技术,针对设计与新建的溜井提出井筒结构设计上的建议以预防堵塞;为破解高深溜井井筒出现的故障开拓了思路,对同类型溜井的设计和生产实践有重要的指导意义。
Based on ores movement regularity and characteristics of the mine shafts from the previous,through the obser-vation of deep shafts in Heigou mine where wellbore plugging accident often occur,the deep shafts existence characteristics of vertical full section phase ores moving is found on top of the vertical full section continuous ore moving zone. This feature is generated by the arches effect of the ores flow in the shaft,and the formation and destruction of the arches in the wellbore are carried out alternately,so that the ores discharge shows like the pulse;It is concluded that the deep shafts ores movement rules include the phase movement of the vertical full section,the continuous movement of the vertical full section,the variable speed and direction movement of the vertical full section and the variable speed and direction movement of the vertical part section;The characteristics of phase and vertical full section ores movement is the important reason for wellbore plug,wall caving,wear and ore mixing and grading by analysis. At the same time,the processing technology of the plugging wellbore is put forward for the present deep shafts, For the design and construction of the new shafts, the design form of wellbore structure to prevent blockage is put forward;It opens up the new idea for trouble clearing appearing in deep shaft,and this idea is an important guiding significance on the design and practice of production of the same type of deep shafts.
