摘要
阴阳学说是中医认识人体正常结构和功能并寻求疾病变化规律的独特的思维方法。在微观层面上探讨肾的阴阳属性可有两种视角。作为一个整体,肾单位可视为由阴阳双方构成:属阴一方为肾小体,属阳一方为肾小管及肾小管周围毛细血管;或认为属阴一方为肾单位中血管,属阳一方为肾小囊和肾小管。探讨肾单位的阴阳观可能为中医治疗肾脏疾病拓宽思路。
Yin-yang Theory is the unique thinking method of traditional Chinese medicine , which can be used to understand the normal structure and function of human and seek change rule of diseases. There are two perspectives to discuss the properties of nephron from yin-yang. As a whole, nephron is composed of two parts ： the renal corpuscle belong to yin, and the renal tubule and peritubular capillary （PTC） belong to yang. The other view is that blood vessel of nephron （ glomerulus and PTCs） belong to yin, and renal capsule and renal tubule belong to yang. The study of nephron from yin-yang may provide novel Chinese medicine therapeutic approach for kidney disease.
