微生物快速凝固天然橡胶的应用基础研究

摘要 本研究分析了微生物快速凝固天然橡胶标胶(MRCNR)样品和轮胎厂提供的四种不同天然橡胶(NR)标胶样品的加工性能、动态力学性能和粘弹特性等,并对MRCNR样品与四种轮胎NR样品性能进行比较,探讨MRCNR的应用可行性。结果发现:MRCNR样品生胶的粘弹特性(指材料的刚性和韧性)及加工性能稍好,动态力学性能介于四种轮胎NR之间。MRCNR样品符合轮胎NR生产的相关要求。 In this work, processing performances, dynamic mechanical properties and viscoelasticities of five standard natural rubber (NR) samples were investigated. In order to study the application feasibility, the properties of MRCNR sample were compared with the other four standards rubber samples. Results showed that, the viscoelasticities and the processing performance of MRCNR were slightly better than that of the other four NR samples: The dynamic mechanical properties of the raw MRCNR sample were intervenient among the other four tire NR samples. In summary, MRCNR sample meets the property requirements of tire production.
