摘要
文章通过对呼和浩特地区2014年21项重点建设项目雷电灾害损失风险进行分析,得出11种评估单体人身伤亡损失风险(R1)和经济损失风险(R4)的年平均值分别为1.31×10-5、1.14×10-4,建设项目潜在雷电灾害经济损失风险较高;雷电电磁脉冲是造成人身伤亡损失风险(R1)和经济损失风险(R4)的主要原因,雷击造成电子电器设备受损的事故逐年增加;为此,建议各级政府加强防雷减灾工作,关注重点项目的雷电灾害风险评估工作,采取科学的防护措施,降低雷击造成的损失风险,从源头上消除雷击隐患。
Based on the analysis of the risk of lightning disaster loss in 21 key construction projects in Hohhot in 2014, It shows that the 11 kinds of evaluating monomer human body casualty risk (R1) and economic loss risk (R4) is 1.31 10-5 and 1.14 10-4 ever year respectively, the potential economic loss of construction project lightning disaster risk is higher; lightning electromagnetic pulse is the main reason causing the loss of human body and economic loss, the damage of the electronic and electrical equipments caused by lightning has increased year by year. So, it is recommended that all levels of government to strengthen the work of lightning protection, It is should specially focusing on key project of lightning disaster risk assessment work, Taking scientific protective measures to reduce the risk of damage caused by lightning and eliminate the risk of lightning from the source.
