连翘不同部位活性成分含量分析 被引量:9

Analysis of the contents of active constituents in different parts of Forsythia suspensa

摘要 目的对连翘不同部位—花、叶、果实(青翘和老翘)中4种活性成分(+)-松脂素-β-D-葡萄糖苷、连翘酯苷A、芦丁和连翘苷进行含量测定及分析。方法采用HPLC方法同时测定连翘中4种不同的活性成分含量。结果连翘酯苷A在青翘中的含量最高(62.28 mg/g),其次为老翘(51.58 mg/g)和叶子(40.34 mg/g),在花中的含量(9.41 mg/g)最低。连翘苷和芦丁在叶中的含量最高,分别为45.57 mg/g和6.97 mg/g。叶中连翘苷是老翘(9.20 mg/g)的5倍,芦丁为老翘(0.64 mg/g)中的10倍之多。(+)-松脂素-β-D-葡萄糖苷在连翘花中的含量最高,可达到22.63 mg/g,在叶中的含量(8.99 mg/g)最低。结论这4种活性成分在连翘花、叶、果实(青翘和老翘)中的含量具有显著差异,建议药典中增加(+)-松脂素-β-D-葡萄糖苷和芦丁的含量测定作为连翘质量的评价指标,同时分别建立青翘和老翘的质量标准,以更好地控制中药连翘的质量。 Objective To determine and analyze the contents of(+)-pinoresinol-β-D-glucoside,forsythiaside A,rutin and phillyrin in different parts of Forsythia suspensa—flower,leaf and fruit( Green Fructus Forsythiae and Grown Fructus Forsythiae). Methods The four active constituents were determined simultaneously by HPLC. Results The level of forsythiaside A was the highest in Green Fructus Forsythiae( 62. 28 mg / g),followed by in Grown Fructus Forsythiae( 51. 58 mg / g),leaves( 40. 34 mg / g) and flowers( 9. 41 mg / g). The contents of phillyrin and rutin were the highest in leaves with the amounts of 45. 57 mg / g and 6. 97 mg / g respectively. The content of rutin in leaves was 10 times as much as in Grown Fructus Forsythiae,and the content of phillyrin was 5 times. Whereas,the level of( +)- pinoresinol-β-D-glucoside was the highest in the flower( 22. 63 mg / g),while it was the lowest in leaves( 8. 99 mg / g).Conclusion The contents of four components in flowers,leaves and fruit( Green Fructus Forsythiae and Grown Fructus Forsythiae) of Forsythia suspensa are different remarkably,suggesting that Chinese Pharmacopoeia should increase the content determination of( +)-pinoresinol-β-D-glucoside and rutin as evaluation indexes of Forsythia suspensa and establish the quality standards of Green Fructus Forsythiae and Grown Fructus Forsythiae respectively for better controlling the quality of Forsythia suspensa.
