摘要
数控平旋盘是一种具有U轴功能的机床附件,可以加工许多复杂型面。针对平旋盘旋转体的安装位置及功能特点,应用ANSYS软件进行建模,在实际工况条件下分析其动、静态力学特性。静态受力分析最大应力及整体变形的趋势,动态上进行模态分析,得到了前6阶固有振动频率、模态振型和应力-应变云图,为旋转体系统的振动特性分析、振动故障诊断和预报以及结构动力特性的优化设计提供了依据,验证设计的可靠性,为进一步的设计改进提供了理论依据和技术支持。
CNC facing & boring head is a kind of machine tool accessories with U axis function, and can be processed in many complex surface. According to installation location and functional features of the facing & boring head, set up the whole machine model using ANSYS software and analyze the dynamic performance on the condition of working machine tool. Analyzing the static force of maximum stress and the deformation of the whole trend and with dynamic modal analysis, obtaining the first six order natural vibration frequency, modal vibration mode and stress and strain contours. Vibration characteristics of the rotating body system has provided the basis for the vibration fault diagnosis and forecast and the char- acteristics of the structural dynamic optimization design. It verifies the reliability of the design and would provide the refer- ence for the further design and optimization in theory.
