摘要
地方高校服务于地方经济社会发展是其最基本的职能之一。本文以常州市七所高校为例,运用产业结构与专业结构的错位度和协同指数等指标,对其专业设置规模和重复性以及与常州市主导产业进行对接性分析,同时以近四年常州高校新设专业与常州市新兴行业进行对接性分析,发现常州市七所高校专业设置与常州市主导产业的适配性欠佳,有些行业甚至严重不适配,而近年来常州的新兴行业基本上有新增专业作为支持,高校新增专业与其新兴行业的对接相当好,适配性较强。
One of the basic functions of local universities is to serve the development of regional society. Based on seven local universities in Changzhou,using the Dislocation index and the Cooperative index,we analyzes in this paper the suitability between the specialty docking scale and repeatability and leading industries in Changzhou,and the suitability between the new specialties and the emerging industries in Changzhou in the past four years. We concludes that the suitability is poor between the specialty scale and repeatability and leading industries,some industries are seriously mismatching,but the docking is quite good,even strong between the new specialties and the emerging industries. Most of the emerging industries in Changzhou have been supported by specialties in recent years.
