摘要
介绍了醇酸树脂水性化的方法,包括内乳化法及外乳化法,其中内乳化法又分别从水稀释型醇酸树脂及自乳化型醇酸树脂两方面进行介绍。综述了水性醇酸树脂的改性,比如:丙烯酸(酯)类改性、环氧改性、聚氨酯改性、有机硅改性、复合改性及纳米材料改性等,其中丙烯酸(酯)类改性是目前研究最广泛、最成功的改性方法。最后展望了水性醇酸树脂的应用前景。
The synthesis of waterborne alkyd resins including internal and external emulsification methods was introduced. The internal emulsification was presented respectively by water-reducible alkyd resins and self emulsifiable alkyd resins. The modification of waterborne alkyd resins, such as modified by acrylate, epoxy, polyurethane, silicone and their mixture and nano-materials etc., were introduced. The modification by acrylate was widely studied and successfully applied. The application prospect of waterborne alkyd resins was estimated.
