摘要
高校教师发展领域,全纳女性的具体涵义有三:全纳女性的分析基点是人权,价值追求是和谐,基本途径是包容;全纳女性的基本要求主要包括全纳女教师的社会性发展诉求,全纳女教师生命中的独特范畴与其思维方式等3个方面。
The concrete connotations of inclusiveness in higher education lie in the following three aspects : human rights are the basis for inclusive-gender analysis, harmony is the pursuit of rights, and forgiveness is the essential approach. The basic demand in teacher development of inclusive-gender in higher education includes the social development pursuit, the unique category and the thinking modes of the inclusive -gender.
