摘要
[目的 /意义]随着农村信息化建设的推进,传统模式的农家书屋已经不能满足广大农民群众的阅读需求,农家书屋信息化建设已刻不容缓,只有走信息化道路才是推动农家书屋的创新发展方向和价值增长极。[方法/过程]结合目前辽宁省农家书屋的运行状况和信息化建设进程,提出实现农家书屋信息化必须以建立政策体系、打造资金链条、建设技术团队、筹划人力体系和统筹数字资源等为抓手,才能保障农家书屋信息化建设的实施与稳步推进。[结果 /结论]农家书屋信息化建设需要相关政策保驾护航,需要政府乃至全社会支持,更需要掌握信息技术的人力资源。
[ Purpose/significance ] With the development of rural informatization construction, the traditional rural library couldn＇ t satisfy the reading demands of the broad masses of farmers, so it＇ s urgent to construct rural library informatization, which is the only way to promote the innovative development and value growth of rural library. [ Method/ process ] This paper considers the running status and information construction process of rural library, and realizes rural library informatization should be carried out based on establishing policy system, making money chain, constructing technical team, planning human system and integrating digital resources. The government should attach great importance and provide the support of human, money and material, to ensure to implement and promote rural library informatization construction. [Result/conclusion] Rural library informatization construction cannot be done at one go, it is more difficult than rural library construction, so it needs the relevant policy, the support from government and the whole society and the IT human. If these conditions are guaranteed, the rural library informatization construction can implement successfully.
