摘要
目的探讨病案管理过程中常见的医患问题,提出改进措施。方法 2014年8月-9月在某院随机选取320人,包括医护人员和患者,进行病案服务满意度调查,使用SPSS17.0对结果进行统计分析。结果共回收有效问卷296份,对服务的总体满意度,医护人员高于患者及其家属,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);汉族相对高于少数民族,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);男性高于女性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);对病案复印服务的满意度总体处于较为满意的水平,满意及非常满意的构成比为72.2%。结果显示病案管理过程中存在的服务态度问题、病案复印流程问题以及电子病历规范化管理问题,都会引发医患问题,影响医患关系的好坏。结论病案信息服务总体是满意的,但还应针对不同民族、性别进行工作的优化和整改,提高病案质量和人员素质,提升病案管理水平,有利于解决病案管理中的医患问题。
Objectives To discuss the common medical problems existing in the medical record management process, and put forward improvement measures. Methods 320 people included doctors, nurses and patients were selected from August to September in 2014, then conducted investigation on the satisfaction of medical records service, and made statistical analysis with SPSS17.0. Results 296 recycling questionnaires were valid, for service satisfaction, the medical staff were higher than the patients and their families, the difference had statistical significance (P〈0. 01), the Han nationality was relatively higher than ethnic minorities, the difference had statistical significance (P〈0.01), male was higher than female, the difference had statistical significance (P〈 0.01). For medical record copy service satisfaction, it was in a more satisfactory level, the composition rate of satisfied and very satisfied was 72.2%. The results indicated that the problems existing in the process of medical records management, medical record copying process issues and standardization management of electronic medical records would lead to the doctor-patient problems, which would affected the quality of the doctor-patient relationship. Conclusions It shown us that we should optimize and reform our work according to different nationality and gender in our medical records management work, improve the level of medical records management through enhance the quality of medical records as well as the staff, which would be beneficial for the settlement of doctor-patient problems in the management process of medical records.
