摘要
目的探讨"一站式"护理救治模式提升缺血性脑卒中患者救护质量的效果。方法将2013年9月至2014年12月收治的221例缺血性脑卒中患者设为研究组,采用"一站式"护理救治模式,组成分诊台、急诊室、急诊CT室、抢救室、介入手术室及脑血管内科护士为一体的护理救治团队,以最佳护理资源服务患者。回顾性收集2012年5月至2013年8月经传统救治模式收治的113例缺血性脑卒中患者为对照组,比较两组患者的就诊-应用静脉溶栓药时间(door-to-needle time,DNT)、日常生活活动能力和护理服务满意度。结果研究组患者就诊-CT检查时间、CT检查-用药时间及DNT均短于对照组,Barthel指数和护理服务满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论推广"一站式"护理救治模式是目前缩短缺血性脑卒中患者DNT、促进患者康复的有效手段。
Objective To explore the effect of one-stop care mode in improving the nursing quality of is-chemic stroke .Methods Totally 221 ischemic stroke patients admitted to our hospital from September 2013 to December 2014 were selected as experimental group .One-stop care mode was used in the experi-mental group that includes triage station ,emergency room ,CT room ,rescue room ,intervention clinic and specialist ward so as to make those patients get best nursing and monitoring services .Another 113 ischemic stroke patients admitted to our hospital from May 2012 to August 2013 were selected as control group .The DNT ,the activities of daily living and the nursing service satisfaction of patients were compared between the experimental group and control group .Results The checking-CT examination time ,CT examination-medication time and DNT in experimental group were less than which in control group .The Barthel index and nursing satisfaction level in experimental group were higher than which in control group（P〈0 0.5 or P〈0 0.1） .Conclusion The promotion of one-stop care mode is an effective tool to shorten the DNT and pro-mote the recovery of patients .
