摘要
编辑的眼中不应只有"稿件",而更应有"作者"。科技期刊编辑不仅应具备服务作者的专业素质,而且应具备良好的服务作者的意识。文章总结科技期刊编辑服务作者的特点,归纳其主要途径。这对提高科技期刊办刊质量具有一定借鉴意义。
Editors should not only pay attention to manuscripts,but also should pay more attention to authors. Editors of sci-tech journals should have good consciousness of service. The features of sci-tech journal editors' function of serving authors are summarized,and its main ways are concluded. Based on our experience,it is pointed out that it is an effective way to enhance the quality of publishing via improving the editors' consciousness of service.
