摘要
为提高刊物学术质量,扩大期刊影响力,根据《水利水电科技进展》"庆祝河海大学建校100周年特刊"的约稿实践,从活动的策划、约稿过程跟进等方面回顾向编委等业内知名专家学者邀约整期综述论文的历程,从中提炼经验并进行思考,探讨特刊约稿的方法与策略。实践表明:利用重大活动契机约稿有助于提高成功率;约稿作者的精心遴选、充分而细致的约稿准备和及时的跟进对提高特刊约稿效果大有裨益。
In order to improve academic quality and enlarge influence of scientific journals,combining with the 'Special Issue for Celebrating Hohai University's 100 Anniversary'of Advances in Science and Technology of Water Resources, the manuscript invitation scheme,follow-up practice were concluded and analyzed.It shows that taking advantage of major events,careful selection for invitation members,adequate preparation and timely follow-up are beneficial to manuscript invitation.
