摘要
改革开放以来,中国社会组织的资源状况发生了一系列变化,尤其是社会治理创新背景下政府资源投入不断增加,社会组织资源匮乏的局面有所改善,但社会组织中资源结构的不均衡、资源使用的行政化干扰、资源获取的过度商业化取向等问题仍然构成社会组织的资源困局,从而对组织的自主性、价值诉求以及组织生态造成消极影响。深化政社关系调整、搭建社会组织资源平台、形成组织资源结构多元化是应对这种资源困局的可行路径。
Since China's reform and open in 1978,the resources of Chinese social organization have changed greatly.Especially,under the innovation background of social governance,the government has input more and more re-sources,and the situation of lacking social organization resources has been improved really,but the resource structure in social organizations is not equilibrium,the use of resources is intervened by administrative control,and the obtainment of resources has a tendency of commercialization which still put the resources of social or-ganization into a strait,so,it even effects negatively the organizational autonomy,value chasing and organic e-cology. Deepening the adjustment of the political and social relationship,and building the platform of social or-ganization resources in order to form a pluralized organizational structure of resources will be an applicable rout to settle the resource straits.
