摘要
目的分析研究胸部摄片中DR和CR的应用效果和价值,为临床提供依据。方法选取2012年3月到2015年3月DR所摄胸片200张以及CR所摄胸片200张进行回顾性分析,比较两组摄片的检查时间、摄片质量以及发现结节率,将结果进行统计学分析。结果 DR组检查时间、摄片质量以及发现结节率优于CR组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论在胸部摄片中通过DR系统所摄图像的更加清晰,摄片速度更加快速,使用X线剂量更低。
Objective To study the chest was taken in the application effect and value of DR and CR, provide the basis for clinical. Methods March 2012 to March 2015 was taken by DR chest radiograph of 200 and 200 Zhang Jinhang CR, taken the sternum were retrospectively analyzed, compared two groups of radiography examination time, radiography quality and found the rate of nodules, the results were statistically analyzed. Results DR group check time, radiography quality and find nodular rate is significantly better than that of CR group（P 0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion The chest film was taken by DR system more clarity of the image, and the radiography speed more quickly, using X-ray dose is lower.
