摘要
经过数十年的发展,我国航海高职教育已经从规模扩张过渡到内涵发展阶段,本文围绕高职航海类专业的发展困境进行了分析,并从发展理念、人才培养、师资团队、校企合作4个方面针对性地提出了发展对策。
After decades of development, the higher vocational maritime education has transformed into connotation development stage from scale expansion. This article analyzed the development dilemma of maritime specialties in higher vocational colleges and proposes targeted countermeasures from development idea, talent training, teacher team and university-enterprise cooperation.
