钇含量对Al-1%Mn变形铝合金显微组织和力学性能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Yttrium Contents on Microstructures and Tensile Properties of Al-1%Mn Wrought Aluminum Alloy

摘要 以Al-11%Y中间合金的形式向Al-1%Mn合金基体中添加稀土元素钇,制备了钇质量分数分别为0%,0.07%,0.21%,0.31%,0.38%的Al-1%Mn合金铸锭,然后依次进行固溶、热轧和冷轧处理,研究了稀土钇含量对合金铸态、热轧态和冷轧态显微组织、冷轧态的拉伸性能以及铸态硬度的影响。结果表明:稀土钇是Al-1%Mn合金的一种有效的变质剂,添加一定含量的稀土钇能有效地使粗大的初生α-Al枝晶变成圆整和细小的等轴晶;当钇的质量分数为0.31%时,晶粒的细化效果最好,铸态组织中α-Al晶粒的尺寸从163.5μm减小至38.2μm,冷轧态合金的抗拉强度、伸长率和铸态合金的硬度分别从未添加钇的267.62 MPa,8.2%,36.8HV增至313.13 MPa,14.8%,39.42HV。 The rare earth element (yttrium)with mass fraction of 0%,0.07%,0.21%,0.31%,0.38% in the form of Al-1 1%Y intermediate alloy was respectively introduced into the Al-1%Mn aluminum alloy,then the prepared alloy ingot was treated in the order of solid solution,hot rolling and cold rolling.The effects of yttrium contents on the microstructures of as-cast,hot rolled and cold rolled alloys,the tensile properties of cold rolled alloy and the hardness of as-cast alloy were studied.The results show that yttrium is an excellent modifier for Al-1%Mn alloy and the primaryα-Al phases were refined from coarse dendrite to fine equiaxed grain after adding a certain content of yttrium.When the added yttrium content was about 0.31%,the grain refining effect was the most significant;the grain size ofα-Al was reduced from 163.5 μm to 38.2 μm.Meanwhile,the tensile strength and elongation of the cold rolled alloy and the micro-hardness of the casting Al-1%Mn alloy with 0.31% yttrium increased from 267.62 MPa,8.2% and 36.8 HV to 313.13 MPa,14.8% and 39.42 HV respectively.
