摘要
为了获得矿用球磨机衬板良好的性能,对硅锰钢衬板材料进行淬火并二次回火,进行显微组织的观察和硬度、冲击及摩擦磨损测试。结果表明,二次回火后硬度下降约1 HRC,韧性提高约10%;摩擦转速是影响磨损机制的关键因素:低速时磨损以磨粒磨损为主,高速时以粘着磨损为主。
A silicon-manganese steel for liner plate was quenched and double tempered to obtain a good performance of mine mill liner.Microstructure observation and mechanical property tests were carried out on the samples.The results show that the hardness decreases about1 HRC after twice tempering,however the toughness is increased by about 10%.Friction rotating speed is a key factor to wear mechanism,at low speed,the abrasive wear is dominant,and at high speed,the adhesive wear is dominant.
