摘要
目的:探讨皮肤缺损伴骨折外支架固定患者的伤口护理方法。方法:回顾性分析一例车祸所致左下肢大面积皮肤缺损伴骨折外支架固定患者的伤口换药方法。结果:通过利用新型敷料换药,患者伤口在40d后完全愈合。结论:皮肤缺损较大伴有外支架固定及多重耐药菌感染的创面,控制伤口局部感染和促进肉芽生长同等重要;利用新型敷料进行换药,弥补了患者不能手术的不足,同时也节约了治疗费用,提高了患者的满意度。
Objective To explore wound care method of patients with skin defect and the support frac- ture fixation. Methods Retrospective analysis of the wound dressing method for one case with large area skin defect and external stent fracture fixation of the left leg caused by a car accident. Results The patient＇s wound was healed completely after 40 days by using new type of wound dressing method. Conclusion control local infection and promote wound granulation growth are equally im- portant in wound with large area skin defect,external stent fracture fixation and multi-resistant bacteri- al infection;The use of new type of dressingfor dressing change makes up for the deficiency of the pa- tients can＇t operation,but also saves the cost of treatment, and imp）roves patient＇s satisfaction.
