摘要
基层医疗机构不仅是我国公共卫生体系的重要组成部分,对普及公共卫生知识及提高农村居民健康水平等方面发挥着重要的作用。农村公共卫生工作的顺利展开既直接关系到我国农村卫生事业的发展,也关系到当出现突发公共卫生事件时,是否可以将其有效控制在农村蔓延,以将突发事件的危害降到最低,故落实好农村公共卫生管理工作对提高居民的健康水平、生活质量具有重要的意义。该文通过分析我国当前基层医疗机构的公共卫生服务管理现状,并对其职能定位及发展策略进行探讨。
Primary health care institutions is not only an important part of public health system in China, plays an important role in the popularization of health knowledge and improve the health level of rural residents. Smoothly the rural public health is directly related to the development of rural health service in China, but also related to the public health emergencies, whether it can be effectively controlled in the countryside to spread, will harm the incident to a minimum, so the implementation of rural public health management work has an important significance to to improve the health quality of life of residents.
