摘要
目的观察风险意识在手术室护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取在该院手术室进行手术的120例患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组采用风险管理手术室护理进行管理,而对照组则采用常规手术室护理进行管理,比较两组的应用价值。结果观察组风险因素认知率和发生率分别为100.00%和6.67%,对照组则分别为70.00%和31.67%,观察组的风险因素认知率显著高于对照组,而风险因素发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度和对照组总满意度分别为95.00%和78.33%,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险意识管理可从护理人员的主观角度出发,通过提高护理人员的风险意识,促进护理人员认真仔细的工作,起到护理差错预防作用,是一种优秀的管理方法。
Objective To investigate the value of risk awareness in the operating room nursing management. Methods In our hospital operating room for surgery 120 patients, which were divided into observation group and control group randomly,the control group received conventional operating room nursing management, observation group were taken to the operating room nursing management of risk management, the two groups application value. Results The rate of cognitive risk factors and the incidence was 100.00% and 6.67% respectively in observation group, in the control group were 70.00% and31.67%, the risk factors of cognitive rate were significantly higher, while significantly lower incidence of risk factors in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Observation group total satisfaction was 95.00%, the control group of total satisfaction was 78.33%, total satisfaction was higher in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Risk management awareness from a subjective point of view of nurses, nursing staff by raising risk awareness, and promote the work of careful nursing, nursing errors play a preventive role, it is an excellent management.
