摘要
随着计算机技术的广泛应用和网络通讯技术的发展变化,数字化技术在图书馆的运行操作中使用得愈加频繁,数字化建设业已成为增强图书馆核心竞争力的重要环节,图书馆面临着一个数字化转型的过程。在新的形势下,作为一种传统的公益性信息服务机构,图书馆在构建内部业务体系的同时,也要关注自身社会责任的与时转变。笔者通过探讨数字化转型时期的图书馆社会责任的内涵,明确数字化转型期图书馆对应承担的社会责任,加深对图书馆社会责任的深刻认识和理解。参考文献11。
With the wide application of computer technology and the development of network communication technology, the use of digital technology in the library＇s operation is more frequent, and digitalization construction has become an important part to enhance the core competitiveness of the library. Under the new situation, as a kind of traditional public service organization, the library should pay attention to transform its social responsibilities with the time when constructing the internal business system. By discussing the content of the library social responsibilities in digital transformation, the author made a clear understanding of the social responsibilities of the library in digital transformation. 11 refs.
