不同掺量聚丙烯纤维混凝土力学性能试验研究 被引量:17

Experimental study on mechanical property of polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete with different incorporation rates

摘要 在相同配合比基体混凝土中掺入体积掺量分别为0、0.3%、0.7%、1.0%、1.5%的聚丙烯纤维,制备纤维混凝土构件,进行立方体抗压与四点弯折试验研究。得出以下结论:掺入纤维的试件无论掺量高低,立方体抗压强度均低于基体混凝土,变形性能均有一定程度的增长,弯折韧性随纤维掺量的增加而增加。在纤维混凝土试件中,高纤维掺量试件在峰值荷载后变形性能、弯折韧性以及承载力方面相比其他试件较为优越。 Polypropylene fiber in various incorporation rates was mixed into the concrete matrix with a same mix proportion to make polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete specimens.The incorporation rates are 0,0.3% ,0.7%, 1.0%and 1.5%, respectively.These speci- mens were used for cube compressive strength test and four - point bending test. From the tests, some conclusions were summarized whatever the incorporation rate,the cube compressive strength of polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete is lower than that of concrete matrix.The deformation characteristic of fiber reinforced concrete was improved.Flexure toughness increased as the increasing of incor- poration rate. Among the fiber reinforced concrete specimens, specimens with high incorporation rates are superior to others in deforma- tion performance, flexure toughness and bearing capacity.
