摘要
研究了掺入废橡胶粉和WX化学改性剂的复合改性沥青性能。通过宏观和微观实验手段分析和探讨了基质沥青-废橡胶粉体系的微观结构以及改性机理。实验结果表明,适当的WX化学改性剂掺量和比率可以很大程度上提高废橡胶粉改性沥青的性能。通过废胶粉改性沥青的改性机理的研究,为合理应用废胶粉改性沥青提供理论支持和技术指导。
The properties of modified composite asphalt by mixed waste rubber powder and WX chemical modifier were studied.Through macro and micro test analysis,the matrix microstructure of asphalt-waste rubber powder system and the modifing mechanism were discussed.The test results showed that the proper dosage and ratio of WX chemical modifier can largely improve the performance of waste rubber powder modified asphal.Through the researches on the modifing mechanism of waste tire rubber powder modified asphalt,the theoretical support and technical support were provided for reasonable application of waste rubber powder modified asphalt.
