摘要
采用以BPO为引发剂溶液法合成了三元乙丙橡胶接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(EPDM-g-MMA),研究了反应条件对接枝率和接枝效率的影响。EPDM-g-MMA产物的FT-IR谱图与EPDM的相比,在1728和1148cm-1处出现了2个较强的吸收峰,分别代表CO和MMA中的C—O—C的伸展振动特征峰,表明已经成功制备EPDM-g-MMA接枝物。将EPDM-g-MMA作为增容剂添加到HPVC/EPDM共混体系中,研究了接枝物的增容效果。结果表明,当向质量比为4/6的HPVC/EPDM复合材料中加入质量分数为9%的EPDM-g-MMA时,其拉伸强度从6.85MPa增加到13.65MPa,断裂伸长率从185%增加到347%。
The EPDM-g-MMA graft copolymer was synthesized through solution method by using BPO as initiator,and the influence of reaction conditions on the grafting rate and grafting efficiency was studied in detail.The product was characterized by FTIR and showed that two strong absorption peaks appeared at 1728cm-1 and 1148cm-1,which corresponding to the stretch vibration peaks of C O and C—O—C of MMA respectively.The result showed that EPDM-gMMA grafting copolymer was obtained successfully.The compatibilization effect of copolymer for HPVC/EPDM blending system was investigated.The results showed that when HPVC/EPDM with ratio of 4to 6was added 9wt% grafting copolymer,the tensile strength increased from 6.85 MPa to13.65 MPa and the elongation at break increased from 185% to347%.
