摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务在手术室的具体应用方法和实施细则,分析实施优质护理服务对患者及手术医师满意度的影响,和对手术护士的提高情况。方法手术室长期进行手术患者满意度及手术医师满意度的调查,在意识清楚能够正常沟通的成人患者中,将2013年9—12月实施开展优质护理服务后的手术患者作为实验组,将2012年9—12月该科还未实施优质护理服务的手术患者作为对照组,术后采用问卷调查的方式对手术患者的满意度及手术医师的满意度进行调查,对比实验组及对照组的满意度,并采用SPSS 17.0统计学软件分析评价满意度。结果经统计分析,2013年9—12月的满意度调查与2012年同期资料比较,差异有统计学意义,实验组开展优质护理服务后患者及手术医师满意度较对照组大幅提高,同时减少了护理纠纷的发生。结论通过在手术室中对患者实施优质护理服务,不但可以提高患者对医务人员的信任度,降低患者对手术的恐惧,同时也提高了手术患者对护理措施的满意度。为手术医师提供专业化、个性化的手术配合,缩短了手术时间,提高了工作效率,减少了手术并发症的发生,提高了手术医师对手术护士配合的满意度,提高了手术护士的理论及操作,也减少了护理差错事故的发生,减少了护理纠纷的产生。术后访视对患者的一些注意事项的交代可以促进其术后康复,征求患者及家属意见,可以改进工作中的不足。
Objective To explore the high quality nursing service concrete application method and how to implement in operation room,to analyze the impact of the implementation of high quality nursing service satisfaction of patients and operation physicians,to analyze the implementation of high quality nursing service to improve the operation of nurses. Methods The physician satisfaction after surgery and postoperative satisfaction was surveyed according to a previously saved survey materials. By comparing the The satisfaction of high quality nursing from September to December in 2013 and2012 implementation after the patient satisfaction survey with the same period in 2012 was surveyed. SPSS 17. 0 software was used in statistic analysis and evaluation of satisfaction. Results After carrying out high-quality care,patients and physician satisfaction can be greatly improved. The patient and physician satisfaction in experimental group of quality nursing after operation was significantly improved than the control group,and the occurrence of nursing disputes were reduced. Conclusion The high quality nursing service for patients in operation room can improve the patient＇s trust to the medical staff,reduce the operation in patients with fear and improve the operation of patients for nursing measures of satisfaction. For surgery doctors,it can provide professional,personalized,shorten the operation time,improve work efficiency,and reduce the surgical complications. It can improve the operation of physicians in the operation with the satisfaction of nurses and improve the theory and operation of Le operation nurse. It can reduce the incidence of nursing mistakes and accidents and reduce the nursing disputes. Supervision of some matters needing attention in patients with postoperative instructions can promote the patient＇s postoperative rehabilitation,solicit opinions from the patients and their families,and makes further improve our work.
