银离子敷料在治疗慢性创面中的应用 被引量：10

摘要 目的探讨银离子敷料治疗慢性创面的临床效果。方法将20例患者随机分为实验组与对照组各10例,其中实验组采用银离子敷料治疗,对照组采用传统换药方法治疗。治疗7d后分别记录两组患者创面外观恢复情况、肉芽组织覆盖率、细菌清除率,记录相关数据并进行统计学分析。结果治疗7d后,实验组慢性创面愈合良好,肉芽组织覆盖率、细菌清除率均高于对照组,P<0.01差异均有统计学意义。结论采用银离子敷料治疗慢性创面,治疗效果好,值得临床推广。
