乳房外 Paget 病的病理学研究进展 被引量：11

摘要 乳房外 Paget 病（extramammary Paget′s disease，EMPD）是一种表皮内腺癌，分为原发性和继发性［1］。原发性 EMPD 好发于50～80岁的老年人，在欧美的报道中男女性别比例为1∶2～1∶7）［2-3］；然而在亚洲人群中男性患者所占比例高于女性［4-7］。
