摘要
目的探讨广东省5 564名高校学生献血反应及相关影响因素。方法本文采用回顾分析的方式,选取广东省高校5 564名在校献血者为研究对象,记录每个调查对象性别、献血量、献血次数与献血反应等基本资料。结果男生组2 590人,献血反应120人(4.63%);女生组2 974人,献血反应129人(4.34%),男女生献血反应发生率差异不明显(χ2=0.28,P〉0.05);献血200 ml 4 798人,发生献血反应216人(4.50%);献血300~400 ml 766人,发生献血反应33人(4.31%),献血量与献血反应发生率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.06,P〉0.05);首次献血4 394人,献血反应217人(4.94%),非首次献血1 170人,献血反应32人(2.74%),是否首次献血反应发生率差异明显(χ2=20.95,P〈0.01)。结论高校献血者性别与献血量(200~400 ml)对献血反应无明显影响,献血次数与献血反应有相关性,故对符合献血300~400 ml条件的学生,每年可鼓励献血1~2次。
Objective To survey of blood donation reaction and related influence factors of 5 564 collegestudents in Guangdong province. Methods In this paper, the method of retrospective analysis was used. 5 564 blood donors in school,colleges and universities in Guangdong province were enrolled as the research objects.Sex,blood donation amount,blood donation reaction and other basic information of each survey object were recorded. Results In 2 590 male students,120(4.63%)had blood donation reaction; in 2 974 female students, 129(4.34%)had blood donation reaction.There was no significant difference(χ2=0.28,P〈0.05).In 4 798 students with blood donation of 200 ml, 216(4.50%)had blood donation reaction; in 766 students with blood donation of 300-400 ml 33(4.31%) had blood donation reaction. Blood donation reaction rates of students with different blood donation amount had no significant differences(χ2=0.06,P〈0.05).In 4 394 first time blood donors, 217(4.94%) had blood donation reaction; in 1 170 non-first time blood donors, 32(2.74%) had blood donation reaction. There was no significant differences between two groups(χ2=20.95,P〈0.01). Conclusion Gender of the blood donor and blood donation volume(200-400 ml) were not correlated with blood donation reaction; blood donation time of the donor was correlated with blood donation reaction. For students who could donate 300 to 400 ml should be encouraged to donate one two times each year.
