摘要
目的 探讨针刺配合牵引治疗颈椎病的临床效果.方法 选择我院2014年1月～2014年12月的80例颈椎病患者,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,每组40例.观察组给予针刺配合牵引法进行治疗,而对照组仅采取针刺治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床效果差异性.结果 观察组治愈27例、显效6例、好转4例、无效3例,总有效率为92.5%;对照组治愈21例、显效5例、好转4例、无效10例,总有效率为75%;观察组总有效率高于对照组,χ2=4.500 6,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 针刺配合牵引治疗颈椎病的临床疗效显著.
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of spondylopathy composite syndrome treated by acupuncture combined with traction. Methods Selected 80 patients with spondylopathy composite syndrome from January 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital, were divided into observation group and control group randomly, each group had 40 patients. The observation group were treated by acupuncture combined with traction, the control group were treated by acupuncture. compared with the effects of two groups.Results The observation group had 27 patients were cured, 6 were excellent, 4 were improved and 3 were failed. The total effective rate was 92.5%, the control group had 21 patients were cured, 5 were excellent, 4 were improved and 10 were failed. The total effective rate was 75%. The observation group total effective rate was higher than control group, χ2=4.500 6,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traction for patients spondylopathy composite syndrome with could get significant effects.
