摘要
目的对冠心病心绞痛患者施行心理护理及健康教育后,其生活质量受到的影响情况展开分析。方法选取我院收治的114例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表原则,将其分为对照组与观察组,给予对照组临床常规护理干预,观察组则在此基础上接受心理护理及健康教育,统计两组的生活质量。结果观察组疾病认知度、身体活动受限度、心绞痛发作评分均高于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对冠心病心绞痛患者展开心理护理及健康教育,可有效改善其临床症状,促进其生活质量的全面提升。
Objective To perform psychological nursing and health education in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris,analyzes the impact on quality of life situation. Methods The hospital admitted 114 cases of angina were randomly divided into control group and observation group,give control group routine clinical nursing intervention,the observation group received psychological nursing and health education. Statistical quality of life between the two groups. Results Observation group awareness of the disease,that limit physical activity,angina scores were significantly higher,the data were significantly different,statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The psychological nursing and health education in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,promote the quality of life to promote comprehensive,has the important clinical application value.
