摘要
目的探讨以人为本理念在护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取我院实施以人为本护理管理模式前及实施人本护理管理模式后的患者各68例,对比实施前后两组患者MUIS量表评分及护理满意度情况。结果实施以人为本护理管理模式后,68例患者MUIS量表评分低于实施前,且实施后护理满意度为98.53%,高于实施前的76.47%,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以人为本理念应用于护理管理的效果显著。
Objective To study the application value of people-oriented concept in nursing management. Methods 68 patients were selected to this study,its implement people-oriented nursing management mode to our hospital before and after treated,compared two groups of patients before and after the MUIS rating scale and nursing satisfaction. Results After implement people-oriented nursing management mode,MUIS scale score below 68 patients before carrying out,and after the implementation of the nursing satisfaction was 98.53%,up from 76.47% before the implementation,contrast differences statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion People-oriented concept applied in nursing management.
