摘要
针对传统保障资源规划模型未考虑已有保障系统功能,应用于非战争军事行动领域会带来保障效果难以预测的情况,在模糊理论和非线性规划理论基础上,提出了IDEF0-QFD集对资源规划模型。通过IDEF0建模分析了非战争军事行动工程装备保障需求,实现工程装备保障能力独立无重复划分,并把其分析结果反馈到QFD模型中,运用模糊理论对质量屋数据进行处理,提高了运算结果的准确性和鲁棒性,实现了保障能力最大化条件下的保障资源节约。最后通过示例对所建模型进行了验证,运算结果证明了所建模型具有合理性。
Aiming at that the existing support function is not considered in traditional support resource planning model, which will cause support effect depress, IDEFO-QFD resource planning model is put forward based on fuzzy theory and nonlinear planning t.heory. The demand of Non-War Operation engineering equipment support is analyzed by IDEFO mode. Engineering equipment support ability divided independent without repetition is realized. The analysis result is feedback to QFD model. House of Quality data is disposed by fuzzy theory. The accuracy and robust of calculation result is enhanced. Support resource cutting down is realized under the condition of maximization support ability. Finally, the model is verified by instance. The rationality of the model is proved by operation result.
