摘要
目的探讨应用鼻中隔软骨联合真皮组织片移植行隆鼻术的可行性和疗效。方法通过鼻小柱W形切口开放入路，切取鼻中隔软骨，视具体情况制成鼻小柱支撑物、鼻尖移植物及鼻中隔延长移植物；臀下皱襞处切取真皮组织，去表皮及脂肪组织，缝合成多层用于鼻背填充。结果本组共32例求美者，首次鼻整形术者25例，不良假体隆鼻修复者7例。所有患者均获随访2～6个月，鼻背填充及鼻尖表现点效果满意。结论自体鼻中隔软骨联合真皮组织移植隆鼻安全、可行，可作为排斥假体隆鼻及假体隆鼻失败者的有效方法。
Objective To explore the feasibility and efficacy of comprehensive rhinoplasy with autologous nasal septal cartilage and dermis graft. Methods Under Open approach of W-shaped incision through the nasal columella, the septal cartilage was harvested to form the supporter of nasal eolumella, graft of nasal tip and extended graft of nasal septum. The dermis tissue was harvested from sub-buttocks pliea and then was sutured into multilayer after skin and adipose tissue removal to fill the nasal dorsum. Results Among all 32 cases, 25 cases were the first rhinoplasty, and 7 cases were the reconstructive surgery after augmentation rhinoplasty with prosthesis. After 2 to 6 months follow-up, satisfied outeome was obtained in all cases. Conclu- sion It is feasible to perform rhinoplasty with nasal septal cartilage and dermis graft, especially effective for the cases suffered from complications of augmentation rhinoplasty with prosthesis.
