摘要
目的:采用HPLC法对人工养殖蓝狐的胆粉与棕熊人工引流胆粉进行了胆酸成分比较。方法:建立利用高效液相色谱仪对蓝狐胆汁进行处理并梯度洗脱(色谱柱为4.6×150 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-磷酸二氢钠(0.03 mol/L,磷酸调节p H值为4.4),梯度洗脱检测波长为210 nm,柱温为40℃。结果:与牛磺熊去氧胆酸钠标准品及熊胆粉标准品的液相谱图比较,可见蓝狐胆汁中具有牛磺熊去氧胆酸钠这种已知有效活性成分。进一步计算表明,每250 mg狐狸胆汁干燥粉末中含有37.5 mg牛磺熊去氧胆酸钠。结论:采用毛皮经济动物蓝狐废弃物的胆囊取代熊胆存在着很大的可行性。
Objective: To compare the bile powder of the artificial breeding blue fox and that of the brown bearin terms of bile acid composition, by means of HPLC. Methods: High performance liquid chromatograph was applied to deal with blue fox bile and gradient elution (chromatographic column was 4.6 mm× 150mm, 5 μm); mobile phase of methanol is sodium dihydrogen phosphate (0.03 mol/L, phosphate adjusting pH 4.4); gradient elution detection wavelength is 210 nm, and the column temperature is 40 ℃. Results: By comparing the analysis results with the liquid phase spectra of the standard Tauroursodeoxycholic cholate and bear bile powder,in Alopex lagopus, there is Tauroursodeoxycholic cholate whose active ingredients have been known. Further calculation shows that every 250 mg fox bile dry powder contains 37.5 mg Tauroursodeoxycholic cholate. Conclusions: This result means that there is great feasibility to replace bear bile with Alopex lagopus bile.
