摘要
为了降低苯对人体的危害和环境的污染,去除黄连薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别展开系统中的苯试剂,选择3种无苯展开系统进行筛选,结果表明,无苯展开系统3[环己烷-乙酸乙酯-异丙醇-甲醇-水-三乙胺(3∶3.5∶1∶1.5∶0.5∶1)]薄层色谱图中四个主斑点(a黄连碱、b表小檗碱、c盐酸小檗碱、d巴马汀)清晰可辨,分离度高,为进一步完善黄连解毒散、香薷散、乌梅散质量标准提供了试验依据。
This research screened out the optimal method from three non-benzene developers to remove benzene in Rhizoma coptidis thin layer chromatography(TCL)developer and decreased the harm to human and environment.The result showed that the four main flecks(a.coptisine b.epiberberine c.berberine hydrochloride d.palmatine)are visible and clear with high separation in non-benzene TLC developer 3(cyclohexane-ethyl acetate-isopropanolmethanol-water-trimethylamine).This study provided experimental basis for quality standard′s further improvement of Huanglianjiedusan,Xiangrusan and Wumeisan.
