摘要
社会经济的发展对高职院校的整体素质提出了更高的要求,而师资综合素质又是高职院校整体素质的客观反映。因此,高职院校应采用倡导教师自觉接受学历教育、合理构建师资队伍结构、强化学科带头人到生产一线"充电"、注重对教师"语文"能力"短板"的补充、制定并刚性实施规范的培训制度等有效路径,全面提升高职师资的综合素质。
Higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of the vocational college teachers come up with the socio-economic development, while the teaching quality objectively reflects the overall quality of vocational colleges. Therefore, vocational colleges should advocate the teachers accept consciously the academic education, reasonably build faculty structure, encourage academic leaders to the production lines, focus on the supplement of the teachers＇ language ability and make and implement effective standardized training system.
