摘要
本文从学生视角,以生态学理论和方法为基础,运用AHP层次分析法构建了教学研究型大学本科课程有效教学生态评价体系和ETEMI模型。以吉首大学旅行社管理课程为例,研究发现该课程有效教学生态总体评价一般。准则层中,教师因子评价为好,学生因子和环境因子为一般。在课程教学中,建议坚持"教师引导、学生主体"的原则,以学生为中心,培养学生的专业和课程兴趣,借鉴MOOC教学模式,创设学生主动学习条件,提高课程教学效果。
From the perspective of students,ecological assessment system and ETEMI model of undergraduate course effective teaching have been constructed with AHP based on ecological theory and methods.Taking Jishou University's " Travel Agency Management" course as an example,study indicates that effective teaching ecological assessment of this course is general. " Teacher" factor is evaluated as well, " student" factor and " environment" factor is evaluated as general.In the process of course teaching,we should insist the principle of " teacher guiding" and " student-centered",bring up Students' professional interests and courses interests,learn from the MOOC teaching mode,create active learning conditions,and improve the effect of course teaching.
