Effects of Different Coating Process for Induction Cladding Coating Performance

摘要 主要研究了使用两种不同工艺制备的Ni45合金涂层的性能。采用热喷涂和冷涂的方式在Q235钢表面制备Ni45合金涂层,并利用真空运动式高频感应加热的方式进行熔覆。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、显微硬度仪和电化学工作站分析了两种不同涂覆工艺制备的涂层的性能。结果表明:两种不同工艺制备的涂层与基体之间都形成了冶金结合,使用感应熔覆方式制备的涂层更致密,没有观察到明显的缺陷。感应重熔层(HFIR)的显微硬度低于感应熔覆层(HFIC),但二者相差很小。在3.5%Na Cl溶液中感应重熔层的耐腐蚀性弱于感应熔覆层,两种涂层的耐腐蚀性均好于Q235钢。 In this paper, performances of Ni45 alloy coatings which are prepared with two different techniques are studied. Ni45 alloy coatings are prepared on Q235 steel surface by using the thermal spraying and cold coating manner, then fusion covering is conducted with the use of high frequency induction heating vacuum sporty manner. The performances of coatings which are prepared by two different coating processes are analyzed with the scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) , microhard-ness tester and electrochemical workstation. The results show that there are metallurgical bond between preparation coating and the basal body in both two different preparation coatings, yet the induction cladding coating is denser, and without obvious de-fects observed. While the microhardness of the induction remelting layer is lower than the induction cladding layer, but the difference is very tiny. The corrosion resistance property of induction remelting layer is weaker than the induction cladding lay-er in 3. 5% NaCl solution, and both corrosion resistance properties are better than Q235 steel.
