摘要 产品的功能来自用户的需求。功能方法树借助功能模型对产品的功能进行描述,抽象出产品的总功能,并将其分解为非常细小、易于实现的多个子功能或功能元。TRIZ理论以现代发明理论的普遍原理指导创新实践,有"点金术"之称,可收到事半功倍的效果。综合运用功能方法树原理和TRIZ理论,共同解决甲鱼安全捕杀器的设计问题,前者着重于确认"做什么",后者则致力于落实"怎么做",两者相互补充、各司其职,大大提高了产品设计的质量与效率。 The feature of product is from the user's needs. The function method tree describes the function of product with the aid of function model, which abstracts the general function of product, and would break it down into much sub-function or function-unit which is very small and easily achieved. The TRIZ theory, which is named "alchemy", guides the innovation practice with the universal principles of the modern theory of invention, and it is pretty effective. Problems in design for the turtle hunting tool could be solved with integrated use of the function method tree principle and the TRIZ theory, for the former focuses on the confirmation of"what to do", while the latter is committed to practice"how to do", these two aspects comple-ment each other and perform their duties, thus could greatly improve the quality and efficiency of product design.
