摘要
以湛江市售的5种食用菌(新鲜黑木耳、香菇、茶树菇、金针菇和杏鲍菇)为试材,采用加热回流消解法消解样品,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定食用菌中锌、镍、铜、铁、锰、砷、铅、镉、钙和镁10种微量元素的含量,并对消解液选择、消解条件、分析谱线选择等多个方面进行探讨。结果表明,采用加热回流消解法结合ICP-AES测定食用菌中微量元素的相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.8%~8.7%之间,检出限在0.37~2.55μg/L之间,加标回收率为91.0%~108.5%。该方法快速、稳定、试剂用量少、精确度高,适合食用菌中多种元素的同时测定。
Five kinds of edible fungi including fresh Auricularia auricula, Lentinus edodes, Agrocybe aegerita,Flammulina velutipes and Pleurotus eryngii purchased from Zhanjiang were taken as materials. After thermal reflux digestion, ten trace elements of Zn, Ni, Cu, Fe, Mn, As, Pd, Cd, Ca and Mg in edible fungi samples were determined simultaneously by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy(ICP-AES), and the selection of digestion solution, digestion conditions, selection of analyzing spectrum line and so on were discussed. The results showed that, the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 1.8%~8.7%, the limit of detection(LOD) was 0.37~2.55 μg/L, and the recovery of standard addition was 91.0%~108.5%. Therefore, this method was demonstrated to be fast, stable, high precision and the less reagent consumption, and provided a viable alternative for rapid detecting of multiple trace elements in edible fungi at a same time.
