摘要
在高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)成型加工中加入两种润滑剂TAS-2A及EBS,经挤出、注射制备样条,并对比两种润滑剂对HDPE性能的影响。结果表明,两种润滑剂均能提高体系的熔融指数,改变表面状态;润滑剂TAS-2A对样品塑化时间和平衡扭矩有较明显的降低作用,冲击强度、拉伸强度也呈小幅下降;其中TAS-2A对HDPE的润滑效果更为显著。
Lubricants EBS and TAS-2A were respectively added in the processing of HDPE, and then samples were prepared via extrusion and injection processes. Effect of the two kinds of lubricants on properties of prepared HDPE was investigated. The results show that the two kinds of lubricants can all improve the melt index of the system, also change the surface state; Lubricant TAS-2A can obviously reduce the plasticizing time and balance torque of the sample, and the impact strength and tensile strength of the sample show a slight downward trend,too. TAS-2A has better lubrication effect on HDPE.
